1. Using Khatsit
Khatsit is a study tool that helps you memorize vocabulary using spaced repetition. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You need a Google account to sign in.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. If you're under 13, a parent or guardian should set up and manage the account with you.
3. Your content
Flashcards and vocabulary lists you create are yours. You're responsible for making sure content you add doesn't violate anyone else's rights (for example, don't upload a textbook's entire copyrighted text). We may remove content that violates these terms.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Khatsit to harass others, upload harmful or illegal content, or try to break or abuse the service (for example, scraping other users' data or attempting to bypass account limits).
5. Availability
We do our best to keep Khatsit running reliably, but we don't guarantee the app will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer
Khatsit is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
