1. What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google to create your Khatsit account. We also store the vocabulary lists, flashcards, and study progress (like review dates and how well you know each card) that you create or generate while using the app.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to run Khatsit: to log you in, sync your flashcards and progress across devices, and schedule your reviews using spaced repetition. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share data with the services that help us run Khatsit — currently Google (for sign-in) and our hosting provider (Vercel). We don't share your data with anyone else, and we don't sell it.

4. Students under 18

Khatsit is designed for high school students. If you're under 13, please have a parent or guardian's permission before creating an account. We don't knowingly collect more information from children than is needed to run the app, and a parent or guardian can contact us at any time to review or delete their child's data.

5. Your choices

You can delete individual flashcards or your entire account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile info and study data from our systems, aside from what we're required to retain for legal or security reasons.

6. Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
